Like other atheists in the Philippines, I was once a devoted Christian. Not just plain devotion, but I really believe that Christianity is the only legitimate religion…until I read the Bible.

Many Filipinos today are proud to be known as the “only Christian country in Asia”. Maybe it’s historical on their part or traditional. When the Spanish introduced Christianity in 1521 until the resent proliferation of different “Born-Again” Christian sects in the Philippines, no priests or pastors have been honest enough to tell the truth about this organized religion. In fact, money were use to make the greatest cover-up in history.

According to believers, all religious principles are founded upon the idea of a certain god-concept. That it unites man with God or puts them in communication to an infinite, all-knowing, all-present God. But let’s face it; man is the founder of every known organized religion in this planet. There is no God that founded any religion that can be proven. So! That’s where Christian deceit starts: They have to place Jesus Christ in the level of the gods. Well, Romans really are that good in producing gods. Even their Emperors became gods themselves. Every fundamental teaching of the organized Christian church which is the Roman Catholic were declared in a 264-year period from The Council of Nicea in CE.325 to the Third Synod at Toledo in CE 589 – all human councils, which just prove that gods really were creations of men. That’s why until now, Christians themselves cannot agree with each other on that issue. Some became Trinitarians; other became oneness, while others don’t even believe Jesus is God.

Now, if you are really the true church as they claim, then why the confusion? That just proves that Christianity is nothing but a band of people claiming to be who’s right.

Ignorance and fear are the two pivots of Christianity and many Christians use this advantage. I remember when I was still a member of a certain “Born-Again” church; we use to conduct Bible class especially to new recruits. Before we start the Bible class, we are obligated by head pastors to say that any person who has doubts in the Bible will be punish by God and will go to hell. It is the first step towards Christianity. A Christian wants to be afraid and his imagination demands it. Fear will keep the local system in line. Fear keeps him from listening to more lies and religious charlatan demands for this fear in order for his religion to work. The more a Christian listens to his pastors, the more ignorance is fed. See how the system works – fear fed ignorance and ignorance develop more fear – it’s a vicious cycle.

If a Christian practitioner began to raise doubt. The devil made him do it. We are now reminded how Lucifer became the devil because Lucifer rebelled against God. Freethought and inquiry are labeled as rebellion to God’s will. I sometimes imagine why Lucifer rebelled at God. We always have rebellion when constituent finds out that there is something wrong with the system. Did Lucifer found out that the whole godly relationship is base on superstition, fear and ignorance? Since Lucifer was created in perfect wisdom according to the Judeo-Christian scripture, maybe he saw the deceit this god is cooking up. Too bad…we will really never know the facts.

This kind of agenda is also prevalent with the Christian church system now a day. With the use of black propagandas and twisted information, the truth-seeker is plunge into hell. Truth seekers are considered sinners, especially if they found out the lies about the Judeo-Christian god concept.

Domination and power is the key on all this Christian shebang. That’s why the likes of Eddie Villanueva, Pat Robertson and a host of other politically inclined preachers waste all their resources to spread their belief. The church is their political headquarter. Fear and superstition is the easiest way to subjugate the mind. Ignorance and superstition goes hand and hand to place fear in a person. Fear prevents people for reasoning. Reasoning is a motivation for inquiry. Most politicians are terrified on investigations. Just imagine your entire constituent cannot even conduct an inquiry about government funds since they are cringing in fright because you are the self-appointed spokesman of God. In the time of Moses, as the story goes, no one can ask why an entire number of people must die just because of the ‘sin’ of one man. The most used excuse is that “It was God’s commandment.” A typical politician’s dream. As Jean Meslier have quoted, “The true religion is but the religion of the prince; the true God is the God whom the prince wishes them to worship; the will of the priests who govern the prince, always becomes the will of God. A jester once said, with reason, that the true faith is always one which has on its side, the prince and the executioner.”

Let face it guys, God was created by man to subjugate his fellow humans. The laws of a certain god are the laws of men themselves, that’s why we are, require worshiping it. We don’t worship God but we worship the ideas, laws, obligations and tradition of a certain religious organization that propagate it. Those who govern, always decide the religion of the people. A god by definition of its perfection is happy and sufficient unto himself that he doesn’t need homage by feeble creatures.

Organized religion is an impiety, a proof that the gods are just as imperfect like the beings that created them. Buddhism is nothing but a reformation of Hinduism. The same is that of Christianity. Founders of Christianity have seen some weak aspects of Judaism so they tried to reform it. Judaism itself is just a recycle of more ancient religious ideas like Zoroasterism. Protestantism is a reformation of Roman Catholicism, New Age is just a renaissance of Eastern religious philosophy, Wiccan is a modern term for paganism and Islam is a re-invention base on Judaism and Christianity and so on. Nothing is new with organized religion. But what is new is the modern invention on today’s society that organized religion such as Christianity use to spread their gospel of deceit. Ah! The ambition of God is the ambition of his greedy missionaries and what the best medium are modern inventions created by man that God himself cannot even create.

Organized religion reflects the dreams of men that created it. That’s why Buddhism is more peaceful compare to Christianity. The Buddha saw that man’s life is full of misery so he created a religion that will lead man to total happiness. While just by reading the Bible we see that those who created the Judeo-Christian concept dreams of a government that will rule forever. What else do you expect from a society that was conquered 2 times and were slaves by other kingdoms. The Hindu believes on universal justice that’s why their gods shows tolerance towards other foreign worshipper while the Romans were conquerors that’s why they created a god that came to this earth not to send peace, but a sword. History shows that organized religion such as Christianity has been one of the major causes of the rise of tyrants in the past centuries. Tyrants, who claim to rule through Divine Rights, gave themselves the self-proclamation to conquer other nations, nations who they considered pagan. Just as what the Spaniards did to the Philippines, conquer in the name of God and King, ravage its resources and established their “godly” rule to educate barbarians and infidels…So you think that it just happened in the past? Nope. As you read this post, people in far flung regions are being invaded by Christian missionaries to destroy age old cultures and tradition, replacing it with their own religious cult and self-interest.

A barbaric God is a role model for tyrants. A god who commands murder, carnage, rape and massacre, who orders men to plunder other nation, vengeful dishonest, sexist and without pity is without any difference to a tyrant king who uses His name before he orders the slaughter of thousands of souls or a dishonest politician that calls His name in prayers before their “moro-moro” in the Senate starts and the priests and pastors who are so deceitful for not telling his devotees about the truth of organized religion so his business earns more tax-free profit.

We should start thinking.
